Dramatic Change: A week later…

December 5th, 2009

Hey Folks:

Already a week has passed and I am certain that your week has been as full as mine.

“Clearly facing dramatic change is not only a choice. It is something we can choose to effect and it is something that finds us!”

What about you, are you facing any dramatic changes right now, and what from last Saturday might you already be finding helpful?

Do add your comments below so our small cohort of participants can continue to benefit from the day!

And do take a few minutes to reflect, remember and activate. Large or small. And don’t forget, it is often the smallest things that, in the end, make the biggest difference.

By the way, after reading the reflections and outgoing survey from those who participated I was thinking about doing either some kind of a “change-leaders mindset“  training module and/or possibly a “team building module.”

Please do use this Blog to let me know and to share your thoughts with some of the others about what would be of interest to you so I can better know what ways I can continue to be of help and support.

Don’t forget to let us know your experiences, insights, advice and comments below!

Cheers! Karen

PS. Do remember to stay on top of the things we went over last week:

  • your focus,
  • the shifts (where appropriate) in your language and functional beliefs; and
  • your physical conditioning.

Because it’s so easy for the days and weeks to slip by without implementing some of the steps that caught your attention last week, I am envisioning this blog to be a place where you can share your stories, comments, and thoughts and so help stimulate, inspire and help one another be accountable in your commitment to becoming more effective and active change-leaders.

Tell us your short stories of victories and insights below.
